We promise quality service through standard shipping with AusPost, Australia’s best delivery and mailing service. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping.
Each product has a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. If any issues occur and your customer raises any queries about the products you installed, check the installation manual again or get in contact with us. If the product is proven faulty whilst still in warranty, it must be returned to us, accompanied by the name of the sender, forwarding address and a description of the problem.
We 100% back our products and their quality of service, however, we understand sometimes you can change your mind. We therefore offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind for any unopened box of one or all products. If all seals and receipts are attached, simply send back your product to the NiQ Shop address. and we will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days of receiving your return. We will inform you via email within 5 to 10 days if your refund/exchange has been accepted and will deliver your new product pronto if the exchange option is requested.
